Should I find a box for my TV?
No. TVs are blanket wrapped, and we bring enough blankets to cover every move.
Am I charged extra if my move uses more stretch wrap, or blankets or equipment or tools?
No. Your total price is based on time, not the amount of supplies used, equipment etc.
Will you pick up some of my furniture at a storage unit and the rest from my apt?
Yes, we will pick up from multiple locations, and we will deliver to multiple locations. There are no extra charges. Our rates are 100% time based.
If I want boxes, will they cost me anything?
Yes. But, we are a Uhaul & Discount Packaging Center, so our box prices are the best anywhere.
Why do I need boxes, can’t you blanket wrap everything?
No. All small objects and loose items must be in boxes. Additionally, glass, marble, ceramic, artwork, and similarly fragile items must be well packaged in boxes.
Do you charge less for drive time than actual hard work time?
No. Drive time costs us more because of gas and engine mileage, but we still charge the same.
